This policy explains how REVOS d.o.o. handles the personal data we collect through this website and the communication that arises from it.

2. What data we process

Data you send us. If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you give us: your name, company name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.

Technical data. The server hosting this website automatically records basic technical information about each visit, such as IP address, date and time of access, browser type and pages viewed. This is managed by the hosting provider.

The website has no forms for entering data, uses no analytics or advertising systems and does not load content from external servers.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Replying to your enquiry and preparing a quote: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).
• Security and proper operation of the website: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations, such as accounting, if we work together (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

4. Cookies

This website does not set cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising, so no consent for their use is required.

5. How long we keep data

We keep data from an enquiry for as long as needed to reply, and if we do not end up working together, for no longer than 12 months. Data needed for contracts and invoices is kept for the periods required by law. Technical server logs are kept by the hosting provider according to its own retention periods.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. Our service providers, such as hosting and email, may have access to it, only to the extent needed to provide the service and under appropriate contractual obligations. If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, this is done with the safeguards required by the GDPR. We may disclose data to competent authorities where the law requires it.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. To exercise your rights, write to us at info@revos.hr. We will reply within the period required by law.

If you believe we are processing your data contrary to the regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), azop.hr.
